SHIPPING OPTIONS

Shipping cost will vary with order size- all packages are insured relative to cost and additional fees may apply. All orders are subject to merchandise being held in stock and will be shipped by the USPS Priority Mail Express, if possible within 2 days of receipt of the customer’s order. All shipments are subject to payment in full by customer.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are happy to ship worldwide. If we are shipping internationally, you will receive an estimate via email before we process your order. It is only an estimate and the shipping charge will be finalized after processing the order. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes incurred by the country that we are shipping to.

SPECIAL ORDERS

We try to maintain our website with currently featured items that are available in inventory. However, due to the handcrafted nature of our jewelry, this is not always possible. If the piece you are interested in is out of stock, we will contact you via email with an estimated shipping date, and you can choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of receipt of such notice. If you choose to go forward with your order, it will be final sale and the above return policy will apply to your purchase. This policy also applies to any jewelry that is altered or changed pursuant to your request.

RETURN POLICY

If you are dissatisfied with any item that you purchased online or wish to exchange it you may return it to Jill Alberts LTD for credit only under the following conditions, which are strictly observed:

  • Returns must be received within 7 business days of receipt.
  • Items must be without wear and in pristine condition.
  • Return item(s) must be in their original packaging and with store tags.

All special order sales are final, including any alterations and/or modifications requested by customer. A special order includes any item(s) not in stock, which has to be made especially for the customer. Customers will not be notified immediately via email regarding this matter and can choose to cancel their purchase within 24 hours of receipt of such notification.

Items purchased on our website cannot be returned to our store location for credit, nor does our Internet return policy apply to items purchased at our stores.

Shipping charges will be deducted from any credits.

All return shipments must be insured for the full dollar amount and shipped back via USPS.

REPAIRS

All of the jewelry in our collections has been hand-fabricated. As with any product, natural wear and tear or an accident might result in a piece of jewelry becoming damaged or broken. We urge you to send anything in this condition back to us for evaluation. Once we look at the piece, we will determine what course of action to take. This usually means it is sent back to the studio of the artist who originally made it so it can be repaired to their specifications. This process may take 2-8 weeks and, depending on the situation, may have an associated charge assigned by the artist.
